At Shop Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the items are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Rescue Spa

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
